We're a social media agency, so you can imagine that we use a lot of different software. Here are some of our favorites:

Planoly

Planoly is a social media management tool that allows you to schedule and plan your Instagram posts. 

Trello

Trello is a collaboration tool that organizes projects into boards. Boards are made up of lists and cards. Cards are used to organize information, tasks and projects in a visual way that makes it easy for teams to discuss their work and stay on track. Lists are used to organize cards into groups or categories, which can then be organized by columns (for example: To Do, Doing & Done).

Slack

Slack is a messaging app that helps teams stay connected. It's a cloud-based tool that allows you to connect with your team members. It's great for communicating with your team members and sharing files.

Slack is one of the most popular apps used by small businesses today because it allows people to communicate quickly and easily, without having to bother each other in the middle of work or personal time. You can also share files and chat about them in real time instead of sending emails back and forth for hours at a time!

Canva

Canva is a graphic design tool that we use to create all of our marketing materials, including infographics, flyers and social media images. Canva's drag and drop interface makes it easy for beginners to get started designing simple designs but also has advanced features like custom photo libraries or templates for creating more complex graphic designs. The free version comes with some limitations on what you can do with your design but there are no limits on the number of projects that you can have in one account.

Dropbox

Dropbox is a cloud storage and file-sharing service operated by Dropbox, Inc. that offers cloud storage, file synchronization, personal cloud, and client software.

Go High Level

Go High Level is a tool that helps us to manage our team and projects. It has a calendar that we can use to schedule meetings, events and tasks. We can use it to assign tasks to other members of the team.

FloDesk

FloDesk is a software suite that can be installed on top of any website to create a fully automated, custom CRM. It allows you to track leads, manage their information and then automatically convert them into clients through email or phone calls.

With this amazing automation tool, we have achieved greater efficiency in our workflow by freeing up time spent on repetitive tasks so we can focus more energy on actually providing value for our clients

CapCut

CapCut is a video editing app that allows users to easily create and edit videos on their mobile devices. It features a user-friendly interface and a variety of tools for editing, such as trimming, cropping, and adding effects. The app also includes a music library and the ability to add text and stickers to videos. CapCut is a popular choice among content creators and social media influencers for its ease of use and wide range of editing features.

Docusign

Docusign is a great tool for creating, sending and managing documents. It's a great way to get a document signed by your client, but also to send it to a third party.

You can use Docusign for things like:

  • Sending proposals or contracts to clients for approval

  • Signing offer letters

  • Getting signatures on lease agreements or loan documents
